We want you to be completely satisfied with your Paulgreenshoes purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original designer box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
